The story
An open, international home.
This house has been in Mila’s family for three generations. It has always been a place where different people, cultures and ideas could meet.
Mila returned six years ago with a vision of turning it into a space for creativity, exchange and artistic development. After losing her father, her aunt and later her grandmother, all closely connected to the house, she gradually took responsibility for it and began transforming it into something new.
What started as a personal process slowly became a shared one.
Over the past two years the house has hosted musicians and other creatives for periods of focused work, and gatherings centered on collaboration and co-creation. A volunteer program has grown around it.

The property exists. The first infrastructure is built. Artists are already working here.

Music is the most developed part today, but the vision is broader: a multidisciplinary place with enough quiet and freedom to experiment, and the infrastructure to turn ideas into finished work.
Next: completing the infrastructure, growing the capacity of the house, building new creative spaces and a sustainable model that lets more artists and projects take shape here.
